The premise alone is something you won't see implemented anywhere else. Imagine a gritty post-apocalyptic world that might have been set in the Fall of an alternative world's equivalent of the Ancient Roman Empire. The game itself is pretty unique in other ways as well. This game also has the best execution of supernatural powers in a stealth game that I've ever seen and its the spiritual successor to the original Thief and Thief 2 games from Looking Glass Studios which is just awesome.Īge of Decadence is an indie RPG that features awesome levels of choice, player agency, and consequence to every event packed into the game.
